Technology Assistance – Brett Collingwood main contact from Intel
o Brett share TCO white paper etc. on client refresh cycles etc.
o Brett investigate printers/scanners and any other advise on workstations
o Brett investigate whiteboard offering – does Intel have a recommendation of which functionality is required to meet the specs and need of the students (Patty check with Eileen and other peers across the US)
o Send any available data on tablet vs. laptops for teachers

o Explore some options wrt/educational broadcast spectrum usage for students – Liz/Jamie
o Patty share what I find out in discussions with Denver Public School District (they own spectrum thru a grant)

o Reader Early Market Trial being done at APS - APS is involved in the EMT via Don Johnston (our VAR). A unit is going to Megan Shanley.

o #1 Priority - Patty work to see what other funds or help are available inside Intel teams and education team
o Patty check out the model being used in AZ at new Poston Butte High (every student receiving a notebook and pay $30- max is lost or damaged)
o Share with Mike and team any other case studies etc. of schools that have established a PBL environment
o Funding Model and Intel consultant help – target Oct-Nov timeframe to engage with APS-NexGen team
o Patty has access to finding grants thru an outside consultant Intel has contracted. A worksheet can be submitted with a defined project outlined and the grants office resource will send back a list of ALL grants available and information on what criteria needs to be met to apply.
o Patty work with Intel Internal Rep that calls on and educates VARs- see what extra technical expertise and suggestions we can share to help ramp TIG
